Take 5’s corporate customer service has been extremely disappointing. I’ve experienced ongoing issues with my annual pass and have not received any return calls despite multiple attempts to reach them.
Horrible! Doesn’t get my car clean, especially the rims. Their payment system is HORRIBLE. They keep charging my car but I still am not allowed in when I pull up. They send me inside to create a new account which is such an inconvenience with kids. Then they charge BOTH accounts next time. I ended up with SIX accounts because they kept just swiping out card and creating new accounts. Then the manager is always “out of town” when you need a refund. Today around 2pm, the outside bug wash formula was a dirty dark gray liquid (usually pink) and they had zero towels to clean our cars. I have a monthly membership and frequent other locations without any issues. This is the worst location by far.
Overpriced and their brushes inside the wash never work properly. Can't give them a 0. Hilarious to think that they can "make it right". If you wish to make it right, fix your washes so they work. Plus that auto response is old. You might want to get new material.
