The response below to my review is a joke. It makes it look like you care, but I didnt see any action. Your company fired all their customer service employees and that number goes nowhere. My review stands until you have a serious suggestion to remedy this: I was signed up for a membership without my authorization. I was advised to contact their customer care via email to attempt to cancel and obtain a refund, but I have not received a response. There will be more to follow.
