I had a disappointing experience at the car wash where I paid $27, yet the front, hood, top, and back of the vehicle remained noticeably dirty, as the overhead spinning brush was not utilized. It is astonishing to note that I have encountered similar reviews highlighting this issue, and the standard response appears to be to contact a specified number for resolution. I believe that a reasonable course of action would be to consider a refund. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
