Very professional and great attention to detail
Paid for the $16 wash. It didn't dry it so there are spots all over it. It didn't wash under the door handles either. Being charged $16 I would expect it to be clean and dry.
This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star review. I can’t believe we stuck it out with them as long as we did as members, because one trip through a different Springfield car wash, and the bugs on my windshield and grille that had been through 3 washes at Tsunami, came right off. The car wash always seemed to have something that wasn’t working, one side of the car might get tire shine, the other wouldn’t, barely any soap would be used most of the time. The staff is required to badger customers about memberships and would not let me proceed to the basic one time wash with a simple, "no thank you" and "I'm not interested". This persistent conversation took longer than the actual car wash. I almost pulled away in the midst of repeating this "no thank you" 5 or 6 times. The employee finally leveled with me, 'hey i just have to provide this reason and this is not enough'. I will not be visiting another Tsunami any time soon.
