The people that work here are the laziest group of people I've had to deal with in a long time. When they do scrub the front and rear of my car like they're supposed to they do a half ass job at it. Today I showed up and no one was at the entrance to the car was, when the girl showed she gave me a dirty look then pushed a button and walked away. No car scrub no smile no desire to earn her check.. pathetic. I might need to find a new place

Every time I’ve come to this location the staff is not friendly, they are either always bunched up together taking together, on their phones. Majority of the vacuums never work or are blocked off, any other take 5 location has allowed me or my children to use the bathroom as i am a customer paying monthly for a membership and was denied directed to go to the gas station across the street, i could understand it if i wasn’t a paying customer but to be a monthly member and be denied access to the bathroom isn’t ok

Thinking of going somewhere else. They are closed working on something all the time Went there this morning if 5 cars parked in the read had the cones up not letting anybody in. Went back 3 hours and the same thing. Looks like they need a new manager.
