The employees told me I could go through and they would turn off their top rollers so I didn't need to remove my roof rack. They turned off the first top roller, but failed to turn off the second. They completely destroyed the roof rack on my car. They had me fill out an insurance form, took full accountability, and said they would send in the claim for fixing.
