I went to 9852 Farrow Road, Columbia SC Car Wash on Saturday, Jan. 26. I received excellent customer service from Jeston Woodhall, Certified Training Manager. Even though I had my car in neutral, it seem to be moving too fast through the car wash. So my vehicle was not getting washed thoroughly. He stopped my car, so that I could get my wash, that I had paid for. He was curtious, polite & professional. He also gave good customer service & my car came out sparkling. Kudos to Jeston Woodhall.
