Was in the Mango location earlier today, will not be going back. Had to leave without the oil change because the entire crew was trying to hook up with a girl in the jeep. When I pulled up a guy with a long beard came out after I waited to take the mileage on my car. He had a bad attitude and acted like I was a bother. Over the past several months, I have repeatedly encountered significant issues with the equipment, and despite my efforts to address these concerns with the manager, nothing has been fixed. My oil was changed a couple of months ago at the Bluebonnet location. Every time I go to any Take 5 they leave off a cap! The water reservoir cap was missing the last time. I had to buy one to replace it. Then my coupon was not used! I hate this business now-piss poor service usually!!
It's been a month (many correspondence from me and the car wash manager) and I have never heard back from Take 5 about my paid account, which was never activated at the car wash. I had my credit card company get a return of $267. Then I noticed a different company (BOING Holding CO) was charging me $27 a month for Take 5 car washes. I called and will give them a few days to return my money and cancel my accounts. I may have to cancel my credit card and get a new one. I highly recommend staying away from this company. As you have probable read on other reviews, this carwash is terrible. Many areas are not even cleaned when done. Long lines and limited hours of operation. As soon as my 1 month unlimited pass expires, I will never return.
Worst car wash ever I have brand new truck I took through today. the $17 wash never touched the tail gate of fenders and there is a dirt streak on both sides that was missed. it looks bad. Nest time I will go $7 spray wash that does a better job than this place did
