Ever since it was bought out from take 5 I have had nothing but problems with the wash plan I had in place for my 3 vehicles. Each time I took one of the 3 vehicles on the plan I was expected to go inside and provide a credit card even though it was on file whuch should not have happened since the card was not expired. On the first occurrence I was assured that all 3 vehicles were updated and I would not have any further issues. When I took the second car there the same happened.
