Karen was amazing in helping me get my membership. Told me how easy it was to cancel if i ever needed too and made the process super simple :)
Went in for a wash today and I was greeted by Timon who went above and beyond, he noticed I had a lot of highway bug/grime in the front of my truck and he just tackled the issue with a geaat attitude he have the front grille extra passes with the brush. When I was vacuuming my truck he just kept getting things done, re-stocking hand towels and organizing the area. Very impressed with his customer service and dedication to his job. Keep it up!
