Was a bad wash and the vacuum machines are low pressure at best. Asked for a refund because I'm going to take my car somewhere else I don't feel it's worth it to "run it through" again. Service people told me no they can only run it through again and they can't do refunds even if the service provided was done poorly. Don't take your car here workers don't care about anything and equipment is old and messed up. Will never return.
Been on hold for 30 minutes... no one runs this business apparently.
