Awful. I had to be set up as a new patient, which is fine. I had been having some back pain for the better part of 10 years and I thought I would finally have it checked. So I had my physical done ... it took maybe 20 minutes. I was billed for 45+ minutes of service. I had some x-rays done (I was sent to an outpatient testing center) and they came back saying nothing was wrong with my bak. First off, I never received a call with the test results. Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

I got lost, but eventually found it Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.
