He is a fair, sweet, intelligent person. I BELIEVE he listens to me, I'm just not sure this platform is very understandable for a layperson, or those with acute mental health problems, or an older person, maybe a person that can't SEE well, who gets CONFUSED easily..I found that I HAD to have HELP from a friend, in all honesty to figure out HOW to USE the darn platform to MY advantage..does that sound like a HELPFUL?? MENTAL HEALTH PLATFORM, to you???

I really enjoyed and appreciated my first appointment with Dr. Matsuki. I was trying to find a new psychiatrist because my last in-person one did not meet my needs for a few years. I had to insist and convince my previous one to increase my meds when I wasn’t okay. I finally moved on to a virtual doctor, but my situation was too extensive to be manage by them which I respect. Dr.Matsuki was recommended to me by one of my colleagues and I couldn’t be more thankful to have such an amazing doctor. He takes the time to really hear you out and is such an amazing doctor. I will forever recommend him!
This was my first appointment with Dr. Matsuki. It was a very pleasant experience. Dr. Matsuki is extremely personable and easy to talk to. He is a great listener and very concise in trying the determine the best course of action. I like that I am able to reach him without having to jump through hoops. His admin team is exceptional as well. They are very responsive and eager to assist. 10/10 for me
