Great food! Great atmosphere!
Horrible customer service! Had a 4:30pm reservation Saturday 11/15/14 for 4, 2 adults and a 6 & 4 year old. The 6 year old requested the dinner because he remembered having fun there several other times. Brought along an extra adult & we arrived at 4pm. Was told we wouldn't be able to be seated until 20 minutes or so after our reservation time. Great food,drinks and atmosphere !!!!!! Great spot for date night!
The food was not very good for the price. You actually pay for the "show" the cook puts on for you. This was not true authentic Japanese food. If you are afraid of "Japanese" Cuisine, this will be a baby step into it. This is the Benihana of Fort Wayne.
We had not visited for 19 years and had noticed the atmosphere had not changed much in that period of time. It was dated however the food and the staff were great. We visited directly after the hockey game on new years eve. We were probably the last group that came in and we all were very pleased. Its very entertaining and our chef was incredible. We will not wait another 19 years to visit again.
