The doctors are professional and front staff nice. However my past few visits (+4) w/ my kids they have been 15-30 min behind schedule. We arrive early for our appointments and understand that emergencies happen. However this seems to be norm for them not to be punctual.

Lately, things have changed quite a bit. The staff seems less attentive and often dismissive. Whenever I call, I’m put on hold for at least 15 minutes, which is very frustrating. I’m not sure what’s going on, but the experience has been disappointing. STILL ON HOLD while I write this review and this has happened multiple times. Get better @THH PEDIATRICS - Germantown. After 21 mins or so, she comes back to the line and says she forgot I was on the phone. Highly irresponsible.
We have been going here since the last 20 years with my 1st child but there has been a lot of changes including the nurses that are so condescending. You are already worried about your kids getting sick and they talk to you like you are overreacting. I heard the nurse Mayra acting really irritated while answering my questions. I didn’t feel comfortable talking to her at all. While the doctors are very nice.
