THH Pediatrics has been incredible to our family. We have a very complicated custody arrangement with our child that has made insurance very difficult to navigate. The team at THH, especially Shannon the practice manager, have gone above and beyond to accommodate us and our child and provide guidance based on experience. My three kids began seeing Dr. Takai over 15 years ago. She was wonderful, but has since retired. For the past 13 years, we've been going to Dr. Hsu. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable,kind,funny, and just an all-around awesome person. I can't say enough about him! Thank you, Dr. Hsu! I can’t remember all their names but the nurses especially the ones manning the ‘sick same day appointment’ have always been super kind and helpful! Billing department never picks up the phone.
Took my sick kid today and had a horrible 2 hours experience. Avoid Dr.odei
We took our 5 kids here for 7 years. We then moved an hour away and signed medical release forms to try out our new local doctor. Didn’t love the local doctor so I called THH to schedule our next appt. They told me we had transferred out and could *never* come Back as patients. Ever. I asked for the written policy and they told me it’s not written. I am beyond baffled. We vaccinate, pay bills on time, and are “good clients.” They were also incredibly rude about it.
