Lately, things have changed quite a bit. The staff seems less attentive and often dismissive. Whenever I call, I’m put on hold for at least 15 minutes, which is very frustrating. I’m not sure what’s going on, but the experience has been disappointing. STILL ON HOLD while I write this review and this has happened multiple times. Get better @THH PEDIATRICS - Germantown. After 21 mins or so, she comes back to the line and says she forgot I was on the phone. Highly irresponsible.
We have been going here since the last 20 years with my 1st child but there has been a lot of changes including the nurses that are so condescending. You are already worried about your kids getting sick and they talk to you like you are overreacting. I heard the nurse Mayra acting really irritated while answering my questions. I didn’t feel comfortable talking to her at all. While the doctors are very nice.
THH Pediatrics has been incredible to our family. We have a very complicated custody arrangement with our child that has made insurance very difficult to navigate. The team at THH, especially Shannon the practice manager, have gone above and beyond to accommodate us and our child and provide guidance based on experience. My three kids began seeing Dr. Takai over 15 years ago. She was wonderful, but has since retired. For the past 13 years, we've been going to Dr. Hsu. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable,kind,funny, and just an all-around awesome person. I can't say enough about him! Thank you, Dr. Hsu! I can’t remember all their names but the nurses especially the ones manning the ‘sick same day appointment’ have always been super kind and helpful!
