I am very happy I found Dr Tajong. He was very caring and listened to my problems and offered a treatment plan which really helped. His staff was very helpful as well. Will highly recommend.
The staff member in charge of appointments lies. She refused to return our calls and even the Methodist Referral Office called her and again she lied and said she would call by 5PM to schedule the appointment but never called. This happened 2 days in a row. Find a better practice. Obviously they are having problems here.
I don’t what say, I expected more from a doctor who has stellar Google reviews. When I initially saw him, I felt like the appointment was rushed and I noticed that he talked over me. I could really fully explain the issue I was having.Dr. Tajong suggested an endoscopy procedure for my issue, and I was onboard. The day of the appointment came, and I was wheeled into the OR. Tried to get an appointment and was told they are not accepting new patients with my condition without any viable explanation. What is wrong with these doctors. Rushing you in and out like a herd of cattle. Having to wait a month for an appointment. Failing to spend qualify time with their patient and explain everything. Sick of them
Dr. Tajong is very caring and understanding. His staff is amazing and always goes above and beyond for me. I highly recommend to anyone having GI problems

Dr Tajong seems more than competent in his ability as a doctor. Condition was well explained and I did not feel rushed. He is knowledgeable and experienced. It's everything else that falls short. Procedures are 6-10 weeks out and wait times for appointments are absurd. I arrived at 9am for a 915am appointment and was seen at 10:30. Same thing for a procedure, I waited over 90 minutes past my stated time before I was seen. Dr. Tajong is an exceptional doctor but his billing department refused to return phone calls and answer questions regarding my overpayment (for over a month). They charged me out of pocket for procedures that my insurance company said I only owed a copay for, and refused to refund my funds unless I put a debit card on file at their office. They would not let me speak to an office manager or the doctor. When I had my bank reverse the charges, I was informed by his receptionist that they would no longer see me as a patient.
