I came here for a facial and IV and I loved the customer service and the services I received here. Daniela was super friendly, professional, and explained the process clearly. I felt comfortable and relaxed the entire time the facial was so relaxing and my skin looked incredible after. Highly recommend Daniela and this spa! So excited to go back!
Wonderful experience from the phone call through the end of service. Pricing was competitive! Located inside a stunning hotel. The spa enjoys beautifully crafted GUCCI wall covering with herrings & fireflies. Very relaxing. Staff was thoughtful and walked me through all the options. Don’t forget to tip!

I did not like my experience as I was Charged for extra services I did not receive and when I gotHome my Botox was very badly bruised already. I had To call multiple times to have the unapproved additional charges removed from my credit card. Terrible experience. My friend had an Iv and was not happy with her experience either. Not up to the faena standard I wad Hoping for
