I bought a bracelet by my friend, I can’t tie the bracelet and can’t use it at all. I took it to different jewelry shops and they couldn’t fix it. They sold damaged item and I am in Brisbane can not take it back.
We were very disappointed with the behaviour of one of the Bangladeshi female salespersons. The way she spoke to us was unprofessional and disrespectful, and it made our shopping experience extremely unpleasant. Every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect. Based on our experience, her conduct fell well below the standard we expected. My wife visited with the intention of purchasing gold jewellery and was in the process of browsing items to make her selection. However, after being shown only one or two pieces, a staff member abruptly asked whether she was there to make a purchase or simply browsing, adding that they would need to leave to assist other customers if she was only browsing — despite the store not being busy at the time. Worst jewellery shop I have ever visited. The staff were not welcoming at all. We waited for around 20 minutes, and no one approached us to ask if we needed assistance. It was a very uncomfortable experience, and we felt completely ignored. I believe it’s important to spend your money where you feel valued and respected as a customer. The choice is yours.
