Since discovering Taj Jewellery, it's become one of my favourite gold stores. I’m a regular customer now because they have some of the best prices and customer service. They have one of the biggest ranges and varieties of gold designs, and their making charges are some of the cheapest I’ve come across. I visited Taj Jewellery in Auburn yesterday intending to buy two 1-gram gold biscuits. We were checking the brands and serial numbers before purchasing, which is normal when buying gold items. some staff members started laughing and speaking among themselves in Arabic. I could understand what was being said, and it made me feel like we were being mocked. The overall behaviour felt rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I visited this jewellery store this morning while browsing some display pieces that caught my attention from a design perspective. Initially, a staff member explained that the stones were zirconia and mentioned he needed to confirm the pricing. Shortly afterwards, two other staff members approached me, including what appeared to be the manager, who then corrected the information and stated that the stones were actually diamonds. 2 years back I sold them large amount of jewels we only had one day in Sydney. I though they are honest but oh man I was wrong the guy who can speck Persian keep up distracted while buying our gold. He keep on bring conversation that had to do noting with anything related to what we were doing there. He end up scamming us of 20k worth of gold.
