Went in store to purchase earrings. It was empty and I asked one of the guys sitting for assistance. He was busy vaping inside the store (a very unprofessional look for a jewellery store!) and be kept going back and forth with others about who will help. Finally a lady helped, she was very polite and kind, however the initial experience and the overall attitude of the staff put me off from purchasing from them. We went to auburn road and had a much better and positive experience from another store!

I bought bracelet frame from them was told gold is 22ct but it is 21ct i got it checked with most expensive machines at 3 stores they all said its 21ct. They are fooling people gold is not pure ,dont sell what they claim. Beware

I had a very disappointing experience at Taj Jewellery mind you I. Have purchased there before ,I waited around 20 minutes just to be served, and when I finally was, the staff member who helped me was extremely arrogant and rude. I was genuinely interested in purchasing a ring, but when I asked if it could be resized, I was simply told “no” with no effort to offer any alternatives.
