This is a family owned and operated business which is why they have a warm welcome customer service, they make you feel as part of the family. You never have to think twice when buying or selling jewelry from them because they will always work with you in offering the fair market buying price. Taj Jewelers is one of the worst scammers jewelry stores in the area. Our experience with this store was extremely disappointing. Before we made the purchase, we were told that 21K gold was $130 per gram. However, without informing us, we were charged $165 per gram at checkout. In addition, we were charged over $400 in extra fees that were never clearly explained. The gold we received was also 0.09 grams less than expected.
