Poor experience overall. Very old and dated hotel and amenities are bare boned. Gym is outdoor and old. Breakfast service is extremely slow and not worth the time or the money. We had vouchers for our stay as I had prepaid to include breakfast, but had to skip it on two days because the lines were so long. The breakfast buffet is quite minimal and not worth the $30. Pretty unimpressed with this hotel. Room was not ready an hour after check-in time. No late night menu or room service. But they definitely charged a $35/night “resort fee” for bottled water and wi-fi. You’ll be happier at the Best Western. I would avoid this hotel.
A tad dated and in need of a refresh b
One word to sum it up...terrible. Claims 5 stars, not even close. Rooms are small and seriously dated. The beds are hard as a brick. Bathrooms are pitiful. And I had a rental car that was left in a locked garage despite repeated requests for them to take it out before the garage locked. Will never stay at a Taj property again and neither should you.
