Tasty, But... I had read only good things about this place so I wanted to try it out. I ordered the masala dosa. It was good, but it was probably the greasiest thing I have ever eaten! Do they make anything here that isn't greasy? I'd like to go back, but I just can't take greasy, oily food. Any suggestions, or should I just avoid Indian good altogether?
Nepali Bindu Eats Here! its great becoz often Bindu Pariyar, the Nepali pornstar from Pokhara, eats there before going to dance at the strip club. she is so hot and dirty!
a decent india cahat place Love most of the items at Taj.. only thing I hate so far is the coconut chutney they serve with dosas.. smells n tastes stale.. awesome gol gappe though :D the prices are reasonable too..
Taj Chaat House sells amazing Dosa I loved this place for the Dosa and Sambar. Dosa is greasy because of the amount of Ghee they put in, but that is what makes the real Desi food ;) The Sambar was very tasty too. I tried other chats here too and I liked most of them.. The prices are reasonable too. Their ginger chutney is a must try and so are their Kulfies (an Indian ice cream). Overall, this place sells nice Desi chats and the ambiance of the place is real noisy, very much like a real Indian chaat house :)
Another Indian Snack Place If you are craving a savory Indian snack and some tea during your afternoon shopping trip, try the Taj Chaat House. The menu leans more toward vegetarian and South Indian style snack foods. While not the fanciest spot, the prices are quite reasonable.
Paneer butter masal with methi paranthas is my all time favorite 😍
Ordered chole bathura, poori masala & samosa chat.Bhatura was thick & doughy at edges & poori was too crunchy.Potato masala & chole was fine.Samosa Chaat was also equally bad.😖👎
