We called in to the parts and service department as we had a couple of issues with our Landcruiser whilst travelling through Queenslands west. We were so well looked after by the lovely girls in the office and the mechanic who checked our brakes went out of his way to assure us everything was ok. Great friendly dealership, booked in our Land Cruiser for a service on a Friday of a long weekend, they found a rear brake needed parts so they ordered the parts which arrived Sat morning. The mechanic offered to work on his weekend off to get us back on the road. We were given a courtesy car overnight but we left our golf clubs in the boot when we picked up our cruiser so staff offered to open up Sunday morning for us to retrieve our golf gear. Excellent service which you only get in the country
Had such a quick and efficient service while travelling for our Hilux, all additional items requested were seen to and even more importantly they contacted us promptly and had us back on the road on schedule! Cheers
Absolutely fantastic crew! My husband got a wet air filter from the rain whilst travelling, pulled in to get a new filter and the gentleman there went above and beyond to help. Full praises, Thankyou.
