Best service experience so far when we had our car serviced on Friday 22nd May. Lea handled the check in of the car without fuss and provided an equally pleasant experience when we picked up the car. Best ever, especially when compared to the previous 2 visits when we even had a formal complaint to management about the rudeness of a couple of staff when we picked up the car. Lea has saved the day for Grand Motors Southport in this instance!!!
Jack was excellent, helpful and easy to work with when we ordered and picked up our 300 series vx landcruiser. Great vehicle, never any problems. Would recommend the great service they provide. Greg
My Toyota Kluger hybrid wouldn’t start so I had to jump start it to get going. Then I called Toyota Echyca and asked if they could check the battery. They said I could come straight away. When I got there Charlie could not have been more helpful. She arranged for the battery to be fully checked whilst I waited for which there was no charge. Wonderful service, thank you Charlie and Toyota Echuca.

I recently purchased a Toyota Tundra from Castle Hill Toyota and was extremely happy throughout the whole buying process dealing with Hooman Kashani & Matthew Cross, while being an interstate buyer, I was expecting a harder than usual deal with numerous phone calls and questions but they both made it a pleasure and would definitely be happy to recommend both Hooman & Matt at Castle Hill Toyota to anyone that asks.
