RecommendedWe have hired Taitco for several jobs over the past 10-15 years. Always get a fast response, reasonable estimate, and job done well and on time. Will continue to use them for a variety of roof repairs and household construction.
Taitco fixed problems with our roof, skylights, located a chimney leak and rewrapped it, replaced interior drywall and siding from water damage, and more. They were reasonably priced and Lincoln’s team were the nicest group of guys we have ever had doing work in our home. I would definitely use Taitco again for needs in the future as they are way more than just a roofing company!
We had a small roof replaced by Taitco 10 years ago. The roof leaked this year and after they came out to repair the leak said the problem was a fallen limb. The leak continued and they returned to fix it to find that the small roof needed to be completely redone as the subfloor was not correctly repaired the first time they did the work. To top it off, they are trying to charge me for the original patch from a fallen limb that didn’t fix the problem.
Tait installed a new roof on our home. The quality of work was excellent from the first meeting for an estimate through completion of our project. The crew was remarkable - clean, courteous, and hard working. We would highly recommend Tait to anyone needing a new roof.
We loved working with Taitco Tait Roofing. They changed our roof, skylight and gutters. All of the workers including Mr. Lincoln the boss, were punctual, very professional, thorough and nice. I used this company for roof repair after damage from a storm. The gutters installed are not pitched properly and have free standing water collecting in them. After I paid in full, the company failed to return my husband's calls after several attempts. Finally he spoke to a representative that was rude and argumentative. Terrible customer service and shoddy workmanship! DO NOT USE TAIT!!!
We used Tait for some repairs needed for our home inspection during the sale of our house. I spoke with Mike who set up the repairs, quickly and affordably. Today, Pete came out for a quick fix and ended up helping us out with an emergency that arose during the time he was here. His professionalism and kindness to stay and help repair something, that was not scheduled, amazed me. I would recommend this company to anyone!!
