We purchased a 2019 SUV here in May. We were told the vehicle had a recall and would have to be brought directly to Nissan but the recall covered where the malfunction was and it just wasn't scheduled due to covid. After purchasing and bringing it to dealership we learned our vehicle was not part of recall and in fact the malfunction was due to a spotty repair job as well as a accident that was no originally disclosed to us.
