I’ve always loved this spot, they have amazing jewelry and a great selection. However, I’ve recently stopped coming here because of the young Asian woman who works there. She’s constantly pushing for upgrades to more expensive chains and follows you around the store as if you’re doing something wrong, even though I’ve been a loyal customer for years. They were very helpful and very nice I never had such a beautiful experience.
I went in to get my ring measurements and have a steel chain bracelet shortened, the service couldn't have been better. It took less than 10 minutes and it was completely free! The gentleman who helped me wouldn't even accept the tip I offered. I'd highly recommend this jewler when it comes to size work.
