Good work, coming from out-of-state into the Iowa City community, kicking out working low-income residents from their homes on short notice, to build cheaply- made, over-priced student housing (nowhere near campus), enticing students with "luxury" amenities, advertising your properties as "affordable", but still gouging your tenets with high rents.
