These guys are amazing, so very helpful in every aspect. I didn’t buy my bike there, but I had it shipped there and they assembled it for me. Ben made sure that the suspension was set up for my weight, and that all the components were working properly. John and Ben are super knowledgeable and very low pressure. I always feel welcome when I’m in there. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

Got a new set of 60/90 hoops for my DT 180s and took an extra set of hubs to move the 50/58 to. Took them to Tailwind to have them built. Ben said the transfer would be done in a couple hours (thought he was kidding) nope, 2 hours later had my 50/58 back on the TT bike. Ben is ordering spokes and nipples for the 60/90s. Great fast service. Bloody Awesome!
