RecommendedOver the years I have had a few occasions where i needed help getting my bike back on the trail. I've tried the others in the area and was not impressed but Tailwind bike shop was awesome and is now my go to shop. Great customer service. quick turn around on repairs, and more importantly, listen to my problem, walked me through some quick checks, explained what they saw and identified what was needed, and without trying to sell me something I didn't need.

Know both these guys .. they have sold us several bikes when they worked at another store .. I trust their work and recommendations. We've moved out of state but will travel to their location if we plan on updating and purchasing a new bike(s) !! John Vondra Jr. and Benjamin Joe McQuade know their bikes and maintenance from them were great. Make you feel like family from day one. They listen and help you get the best fitted bicycle. 🏁🚲
I just found out about these guys. I'm really glad to have them in the neighborhood. They got my bike fixed up where I can enjoy riding it again. They are vey customer service minded. A much nicer experience than I've had at some other shops over the years.
Needed some quick work on a Craigslist bike. These guys did an excellent job with a quick turnaround: detail cleaning, new tires, and tune-up.

I am novice biker. I went in not knowing what I was looking for. I am so glad I stepped into this store! They took the time to listen to what I was going to use the bike for and then helped me find the right one. They made sure that I was completely satisfied with what I was getting.
