Great products, dog wash and the staff truly make your fur babies feel right at home! So blessed to have y'all nearby!
The staff was very friendly. We are from out of town and had a great experience with being able to bath our Goldendoodle. Everything was supplied, even an apron for us! We had just bought a "pooper scooper" at the pet superstore and the same one here was $4.00 cheaper.
My furrbaby & I love coming here for baths, food & treats!! I know he's getting the best nutrition (even on my budget) & he knows he'd gonna get all knds of good lovin' while we're there!! ���
One of the owners of the store kept the doors open for me on Sunday after they were closed. Explained to me why they don't recommend Science Diet and had one of his staff get me enough samples to get me through the next two feelings when I told him I needed it for that night. He made a customer for life with his great customer service.
Not happy with Tailsspin today! Feel like they failed with Customer Service!
