Luke and Dexter, both German Shephards love this place! I swear they come back smiling every time.
the groomer cut into the quick of my nail and my nail split on the side. I was in so much pain, but when my Mom came to pick me up, the front desk, or Linda did not tell me. Mom let me walk home on my hurt paw, instead of carrying me. Went to the veterinarian to check it all out.

Tails of Terra Linda has a certified groomer who graduated with honors. There was an incident during this client's dog’s grooming which resulted in our groomer being bitten and the dog's nail being "quicked". This is typically a minor occurrence when you clip the quick during clipping and normally results in a drop of blood at the end of the nail which is treated with a clotting agent. We started bringing Reggae to Tails shortly after he joined our home at 7 mo. He'll be two this week and LOVES going to play with his friends!! The staff has been wonderful in supporting our requests to help him learn from a place of being calm, and they are willing to allow him time outs to regroup himself so that he doesn't escalate. They are friendly, the place is very clean, and Reggae ALWAYS comes home peaceful and happy. Thank you for taking such great care of our boy!! <3 Sage, James and Reggae
