We LOVE this store! We visited a few days ago during our first trip to Chicago. Such a lovely shop, the most helpful and friendly staff ever and their merchandise is excellent quality. Our only complaint is that it isn't located where we live (Washington). No worries though, we'll be regular online customers!
I absolutely love this store and the girls that work there! Being a new puppy mommy, they have been so helpful and were wonderful when I brought my 14 wk old pup in! Thank you for being so wonderful!
2 years ago I found this boutique with my new Cavalier King Charles Puppy Franklin. Tails in the City is hands down her FAVORITE boutique. The owners Bruce and Phillip are hands down our favorite reason the way they treat me and lil Franklin is exceptional. If your looking for the Best experience for your pooch ever, stop in!
