We've been a couple of times now for shots for our new puppy and I can't say enough good things about the experience. This is our family's first dog and we have had lots of questions as we get acclimated to ensure we are making the best decisions for her. Dr. Echols (and her team) have all patiently listened and answered questions. Her approach feels very much focused on the needs of our dog/family, not just providing cookie-cutter care. We HIGHLY recommend Tails and Scales.
As an Autistic adult I brought my kitten in I’m Super happy to say their employees are amazing ! They were very professional and compassionate wasn’t overcharged didn’t feel overwhelmed or stressed felt very comfortable! Highly recommend them !

We had a wonderful experience at Tails and Scales with our new puppy, Asparagus! The wait was very short, which made the visit smooth and stress-free. The staff was professional, friendly, and took the time to provide us with helpful tips and advice for caring for our new puppy. We really appreciated how knowledgeable and welcoming everyone was.
