The stylist, who in the past two visits did a wonderful cut and grooming. However recently, she failed to alert me that she had cut into the skin on my dog's testicle. These were noticeable cuts,one about the width and length of my thumb and the second the width and length of a finger nail. These were cuts into the flesh and could not be ignored by anyone who had eyes. After a treatment plan of oral and tropical antibiotics prescribed by my Vet, the dog is healing after two+ weeks. Maureen and her staff are fabulous at what they do! When I drop off my baby, Dollie (who is a Himalayan and requires a lot of work for her long hair) I know I can trust them to take good care of her. The staff is always kind and caring, and every time I pick her up she shows no signs of stress! I recommend this company to everyone!
Shaeli Moore did a beautiful job on Winnie (bichon-poodle mix)! This is the best haircut she has ever had! I am so thrilled! The prices are also reasonable, especially for exceeding my expectations. Thank you so much!!

Excellent customer service, our groomer does a fantabulous job each and every time with Buddy. There's not a hair on his body that hasn't received her close personal attention and she strives to make appointments for times that I can fit in. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of pet grooming. Thorough, professional care! My dog was so pleased, he even allowed a belly rub before leaving!!

We have used This groomer for all of our cats, and Maureen has always done a super job, even when the cat is uncooperative. Wouldn't trust our children to anyone else.
