You be the Judge! Adopted my first pet, as a 77 yr old. Oct 19 moved to Ft. Myers into a senior retirement center, My sister from Texas advised Tails A Waggin was 5 miles away, pets required vaccinations here. Took YO, my cat for shots, that made him very sick, he, would not {DRINK} water, or eat. When I picked him up, he cried. 2nd trip, took in his stool. 3rd trip, cat was given a shot and (3) Three prescriptions pills, when given pills, he would vomit. 3rd trip, a x-ray and blood work. Very unhappy with Tails a Waggin. Brought my dog several times for daycare. He came home so thirsty he sucked down a huge bowl of water. We live right by the place and noticed only once have I seen dogs out playing for about 10 minutes! Also, I paid to have my dog go in the pool and I went home to watch him, I watched on their cameras all day, not once did I see a dog in the pool!!! This place is a racket! They put your dog in a kennel and that's where they stay instead of playing with other dogs. My neighbor said the same t... read more

Excellent service. Seems that some things are done which might not be necessary....not unlike the way humans are treated! Which, as you know, is part of the reason health care costs in this country far exceeding other westernized countries?

Nala loves to go to Tails and she came home clean and happy and healthy. The staff at Tails can't be beat and we really appreciate the new service (Sunday afternoon Pick-Up). How great to be able to get our girl even on a Sunday as so many trips seem to start and end on a Sunday. Thanks so much Tails, We recommend you to everyone!!!

We boarded our dogs in the 7x7 cottages at Tails-A-Waggin Animal Hospital & Pet Resort. Our dogs came home safe, healthy and happy. I think they had a great time because they were very tired. Tails a Waggin let us setup the rooms for our dogs with their own beds and blankets, just like home. We were very happy with their services and we will use them for any future boarding. Thank you!

As always the entire staff was friendly, caring, competent, and helpful. They went out of their way to make the visit as pleasant as possible. Thanks to all of them, my Rosie Lynks is on the mend, making a good recovery from what could have been, but for Tails-a-Waggin', a very serious illness.

"I adopted Mercedes yesterday, and today was my first visit. The staff is awesome and I could see they really love what they are doing, very caring and professional. The visit with the Doctor went well and it's good to know Mercedes is in good hands. We will be back sometime in the early part of next month for a more detailed checkup. My daughter has two dogs and will most likely be transferring their care as she felt good about everything there."
