BRIDES BEWARE. We are so disappointed with our experience, especially after looking through such highly rated reviews we expected to be well taken care of and absolutely were not. My sister took her wedding dress in to be altered one month ago, on September 2nd. Olga does not make appointments, but told us to come back on Saturday September 30th- 6 days before my sister’s wedding, and to arrive when the shop opens because we couldn’t make an actual appointment.
