The positive reviews are NOT for Tailored Pools. I think there is another company for services and not for New builds. Either that or they are all fake reviews and paid for. I am in the somewhat of the same boat as all the 1 star reviewers. I hired Tailored Pools LLC to build new swimming pool. Daniel started off great. He was always great at answering the phone. - While our pool project moved along quickly at first, Daniel Zamora slowly and consistently started missing deadlines. We would discuss dates with Daniel in person and these dates would come and go. We started writing things down after conversations and would then text + email the dates for confirmation. Still, dates were regularly missed. - Daniel had excuses for why progress wasn’t being made.
