We had a really great experience with the Tailored Closet team. Our house has all old wire closet systems original to the house and we decided to replace the primary closet and one of our daughters' rooms given some breakage in those units. Everyone we interacted with was very responsive and collaborative - Julianne was super helpful with design iterations, Leah and Tim were great to coordinate payment and scheduling and Matt B and Greg were awesome for the installation. Would definitely use them again!
I recently did a remodel on my laundry/mudroom and couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial design consultation with Julianne to the final installation with Will and Matt M., the entire process was seamless and stress-free. They clearly take pride in their work, and it shows in the quality of the craftsmanship and attention to detail. Did a great job tearing out old closet and building a new beautiful one for my wife, Julie was great to work with very pleasant and professional.
Brittany designed closets in our new home three years ago and did a great job; clever and space saving ideas, completed as promised. More recently, I ordered an additional shelf. Brittany got it done in no time and delivered it to my home even though I had offered to pick it up at the store. She provided exceptional service for a big job and then for a small job! Much appreciated.
