I received a gift and called the story after seeing their 7 day only return or exchange policy. I inquired behind the reasoning and was told that it is because it is an small, individually owned store but if I wanted to talk to an owner they are only available Monday-Friday. The gift was purchased in October and was not even given until the 7 day policy was already over! This is a very dumb policy that I nor my friends or family have ever heard of before.
