Absolutely unacceptable experience with Tailored Hair. I dropped off product for them to test, including a clearly labeled sample. After multiple follow-ups with no response, I finally received a call back, only to be met with immediate defensiveness and a dismissive attitude. To be clear, this was never about whether they wanted to carry the product. That is completely their decision. I was more than willing to resolve everything amicably. it's been a few years since I was a client there, but I was very happy with my stylist. Unfortunately, she moved out of state, and instead of trying someone new, I decided to grow my hair out again and save some money. My only complaint was the high price and with a great short cut, visits were about every month to month & 1/2 and my income low and fixed.
