It started with soca step class, then was offered a free trial, and that was the beginning of a really great fitness journey. This gym is well equipped, and the coaching is very stern and friendly in the best way, they’re very supportive and helpful throughout. The atmosphere is motivating, and you never feel intimidated. Even when you think you can’t do it, the coaches show you that you can. I’m really happy I joined the TFIT FAM! I promise if you join you won't be disappointed!!
TFIT.. TFIT what can I say this place has been my home since starting in May 2025. The atmosphere, the coaches, the members are just so encouraging and loving. I wouldn’t be nearly close to my weight loss goals if I never took that leap of faith.
