Tailored Fitness has played a pivotal role in my fitness journey. This is not your regular gym they make you feel like family and definitely make sure you put the work in. The difference between my before and after pic in just one year is unbelievable, not only have I lost weight, I’ve also lost inches in all the right places. Tailored Fitness has become my chosen family through the years. I’m not the most disciplined person and it’s very easy for me to fall off my routine when life gets to life-ing but then the phone calls and motivation talks start from Craig my chosen nephew. I can’t even express how I truly feel so I’ll just show them by continuing to show up. Love my chosen family.
Getting started was tough, but it was absolutely worth it. They helped us stay consistent with exercise, guided us through weight training, and supported our weight loss journey every step of the way. I lost weight, gained muscle mass, and most importantly learned how to take care of my body the right way. The encouragement, structure, and knowledge they provided made a real difference. I’m stronger, healthier, and more confident now than I’ve ever been!
