Do not rent from SHERRY. You could do everything right and still end up with a slumlord like herself. To begin, I rented from sherry in 2022. The day of my move in. The house had no carpet in it and was filthy. Move in date got pushed back ok cool. Second move in date, I left work to meet sherry to get my keys. She no shows. Absolutely unacceptable experience with both this realtor and the management company. My fiancé and I attempted to lease a property through Sherry, and from the very beginning the process was disorganized and unprofessional. Our realtor had to make multiple attempts just to schedule an initial showing.
