These people have not been helpful or friendly. They gave me a report in December 2025 even though they knew a new Title 24 requirement would take effect in Jan 2026, yet they still used the 2022 calculations. When I submitted my file to the city in January, the city said the calculations were based on 2022 and that I needed an updated file. Then they charged me again for a minor revision. When somebody requests a title 24 company to do their calculations we are very selective on who we refer because it is a direct reflection to us on the quality of work they provide.
