Chef Lin Old and the Tailored Chef team catered our church’s Galentine’s event, and we couldn’t have chosen a better team! He was incredibly responsive, kind, and dedicated to ensuring every guest was satisfied. The food was absolutely delicious! Head chef responded on his day off :-). I wrote out a menu and he delivered Very well. Everything was hot and that was one of the most moist turkey breasts I've ever eaten. When we were having discussion, I mentioned I loved Irish Whiskey, and he brought me a bottle! Definitely reccomend.

My wife hired Tailored Chef for a surprise birthday dinner and no one could stop talking about how incredible the food was. And my wife told everyone how nice and how easy to work with the owner was. She discussed menus and pricing with several local caterers and said there was no just contest. I’ve been to dozens of weddings and other catered events and none of them were on the same level as these guys. Wow!! I’m blown away by how much better this caterer was than any others I’ve worked with in the past, though I suspected that would be the case from our first conversation. Chef Lin is not only a very nice and easygoing guy, he’s also very passionate about the food!! And it comes across not only in his approach to his business but, of course, in the finished product as well. Lin did a fantastic job with our event! The set up was beautiful and the food tasted amazing. All of our guests were so happy! They were so efficient with the set up and clean up of the event, and made all the changes that we wanted to the menu. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for amazing food and service!
