Chef Lin catered our wedding this fall. From working with us to craft a great menu to a personal tasting and then executing it all beautifully on our special day, he was a joy to work with. I knew I could trust him when he gave me pointers on what to be asking caterers as we shopped around before committing. Chef Lin catered a dinner party for us and everything from setting the date to packaging leftovers was done with such precision and care and executed perfectly. His crew was wonderful, and they took great care in making sure we didn't have to do a thing. The food was beyond incredible, from the amazing appetizers and charcuterie board to the main course and incredible desert. They also created a special drink to go with each course. I can not recommend Chef Lin and his team enough and can't wait to have them back soon!
Chef Lin provided an incredible and memorable experience for my wife and me. He taught and guided us step-by-step as we prepared a wonderful steak dinner in our newly renovated kitchen. From the salad to the French torte, the meal was incredible. Chef Lin's attention to detail, emphasis on fresh ingredients, and talents as a culinary instructor make him the best in the business. I cannot recommend him enough for your event, large or small!
