I tried to call to ask about their services to see if I need to set an appointment ahead of time. The person who picked up was extremely rude and sounded as if they were annoyed at me calling. Will be taking my business elsewhere..

Repeat customer! Monica, the owner is wonderful. She is friendly and knows what she is doing. The salon is clean and inviting. Please come prepared. Bring all your items with you to the store.

My husband dropped off a dress for me that I desperately needed to be altered for a last minute event. She was kind enough to get this done very quickly and it came out great. Thank you so much! I‘ll be back to have other things tailored, but not last minute lol.

I had some dress pants that needed alterations, and Taylor & Unique did a great job. The shop owner took the time to take the correct measurements. I recommend this Taylor & Unique shop if you need alterations; they offer services for men, women, and children.

I took in some new buckles that needed sewn onto a belt and sleeve cuffs from a trench coat after trying myself to no avail. It was an extremely difficult job due to the size of buckle in relation to where the original stitch was but this place did a wonderful job! it looks Exactly like it did originally when I first bought the coat! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reasonably priced and professional tailor you can trust.
