Such a wonderful and caring shop! She had my wedding dress altered perfectly and in pretty short notice. I could not be more grateful. ☺️ Fast, professional and personal. Will be bringing anything I need altered here.
My bf dropped off a dress for me that I desperately needed to be altered for a last minute event. She was kind enough to get this done very quickly and it came out great. Thank you so much! I‘ll be back to have other things tailored, but not last minute lol.
Monica is not only extremely pleasant and accommodating, but also exceptionally skilled at what she does. Since she opened her shop in Rochester, I have trusted her with all my alterations. Fast and accurate services at a good price!
I tried to call to ask about their services to see if I need to set an appointment ahead of time. The person who picked up was extremely rude and sounded as if they were annoyed at me calling. Will be taking my business elsewhere..
