Tailor Maid Service is fantastic! They arrived promptly and worked diligently and efficiently. They were very professional and friendly. My whole house sparkled when they were done. I would highly recommend them.
I was very disappointed in the nonprofessional way that Taylor Maid didn't bother to contact me when Joann quit their team. I stripped my beds and prepared the house to be cleaned and nobody showed up or called to let me know they didn't have anone else that would service Rockwall.
I have been using Tailor Maid for a long time now. No matter who they send, they do a great job. On the very few times they missed something minor, they made sure it was done next time! They have also been very accommodating to adjust to our needs. We went through several companies before them and they are still cleaning my home for a reason âº
