Love this company and the owner. The employees are very personable and friendly. I have been using them for over 10 years. I like that they stand out from the rest of the Cleaning Company's because they do other services such as laundry and Ironing which is a great help for me. They customize their service to your individual needs.
I have been using tailor Maid for over 10 years. I find them exceptional. The owner and their staff is very accommodating and friendly. I especially love that they do my Laundry which I dont have time to do.I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I hired Tailor Maid to clean my home and they left it looking cleaner than the day I moved in. I was so impressed that I started to hire them for other things-small errands and eventually pet sitting. Just as when they cleaned my home, when I got back from vaca my home was cleaner than when I left. Dogs were super content-like we never even left. I use them now once a week and recommend them to everyone. Keep it up, ladies!
Not impressed. Bought their service discounted through Groupon & I received discount service. They were reluctant to work with my schedule. Asked me to leave my keys under the mat, that I did not have to be home. They arrived late by 30 minutes. Did not vacuum. I did not call them to complain because I dont think it would have been taken as advice; seem unapproachable. This could be an isolated incident.
