It was packed last night. Staff was great and our waitress JoJo did a great job keeping up with everyone. We had food before it got to busy and it was good.

Wing night is great, and burger night is too. I love that I can bring my dog to the patio! Staff is friendly and attentive. One of my favorite places to meet friends! My only complaint is that it gets crowded pretty quickly. Would be awesome to have the patio enclosed and heated in cold weather.

This was our first time here. We decided to come when Sarah P. FB’d she was playing on the patio. We had a great time. Super yummy lettuce wraps, a great amaretto sour, and JoJo!! And Sarah P. was wonderful as always!

Great people, great food all around a good place to go.
Terrible customer service on a slower night, from being ignored, to no greeting or smile when taking order (food and drinks), to no silverware, to wrong order...and no thank you. We were going to order more drinks but decided not. No service, no tip.

They are the best. Food is great. And the two John's are the most giving people I know.
I have not been to the Gate in about eight months. Not because of anything bad that happened there, just a lifestyle change. However, I did spend about 17 yrs. being a regular there. Played in a few different bands there over the years. John & John have put up with my shinanigans . I have been both treated like a king and the pain that I know I must have been from time to time.
