Great food and friendly staff!!! Went there with semper fi sisters and they were awesome!!
We went for dinner.. the view was amazing. My food was good. It could have been hotter, but it was windy and we were outside. The waitress was nice and friendly but returned the wrong change.... we went back for drinks later and I ordered a margarita with sugar. It came with salt. The waitress apologized and returned the drink. BUT. The bartender poured the same drink into a sugar rimmed glass. NOT acceptable.. I sent it back and it was corrected..
We were on the 3rd deck, great view, watched the Ga/Tenn game. Waitress was awesome! I wish that I had got her name We had fried shrimp plate and grouper sandwich both were excellent!
We love eating here! We both loved our food, I had Alaskan Snow Crab meal & Dennis had the meal with KC ribs, scallops & coconut shrimp. I had butter dripping to my elbows😋That's a good thing😂 The owner is from KC & we used to go there, but I must say he out does himself here in Destin, Fl. We'll be back🍤🌽🥔🦀
I see other bad reviews but we had a great experience. Our wait was short (it is September) and we both ate fish. I had the Parmesan and almond encrusted grouper and my husband had the stack with the grouper. They were both excellently prepared and some of the best tasting fish we've had in Destin and we've been coming to Destin for years. We will definitely be back and recommend it to others.
As owners of Poolside Villas 308, we always are looking for good eats, good atmosphere and good value for our family and our guests. Tailfins has a great college GameDay setup and were very accommodating to our team!! Great service!! Fried pickles, Nachos and cheese dip, smoked tuna dip were excellent. Good beer specials but Margarita prices were the only negative at 11.99!!
Food was great as was the selection of beer on tap. Walter House, the bartender, was amazing and made us come back a second time in one week!

I went in on a dead night in off season 08/28/17 . NOT SURE WHAT TO EXPECT. Leah was my waitress and she was fabulous. I truly enjoyed the experience. Leah was great food was fabulous and filling, atmosphere was off the charts. Thanks Leah for showing a country couple a great time. Sincerely Chris and Precious Mr and Mrs 28 years.
