I have to say Tail Waggers of Litchfield has changed my life for the better! I love my little rescue pup Cooper but ever since I got him he has had a lot of difficulty with separation anxiety. To the point I would leave a room and he would open drawers and rip my clothing and cry. This behavior has completely stopped since he has begun Tail Waggers. He LOVES it so much there. Even on the weekends if I drive by he starts to go crazy with excitement when I pass the facility. The people there are caring and understanding to eac... read more

I almost never write reviews, but in this case, I feel compelled to spread the good word. Our dogs previous kennel closed suddenly and without warning a few days before I was scheduled to go on a trip last winter. I was referred to Tail Waggers by a friend, and went to visit, not long after Ania and Damien Oskwarek had opened their business. Although some work was still in progress, the couple took me on a tour of the facility. They proudly pointed out all of the amenities and comforts they have built to accommodate boarding... read more
For most that did not hear, I try to let everyone know what I went through with this experience. For ones that did not know my pom I met one of the ex workers there and she had my pom on a "dog event" she had a picture of my pom on her phone, she loved my dog. My little pom was attack by a lab, Mya. I went through 2 weeks of stress and my pom in pain and many visits to the vet. I would not recommend this place unless they would seperate the small dogs from the big ones. The owner suggested I dont bring my dog when Mya was th... read more
my experience with tail waggers was not what i expected, first they dont separate the large breds from the small ones which can be a overwhelming experience. my dog was cornered by a large bred and the situation got out of control quick. our dog was bitten and thrown by this dog that was five times its size. the care we received ended with our dog having a limp on the leg that was bitten at 2 years old and all they said was those things happen with no blame on the incident that took place. shame on you tailwaggers.

This past weekend we had a very disturbing experience with Tail Waggers and I just spent most of the day at our veterinarians office having our dog treated for dehydration and possible food poisoning. I contacted Tail Waggers this afternoon and the person who answered the phone actually laughed when I told them that our dog was very sick and made the excuse that the manager is "on vacation" for the rest of the month. When I told her that I would tell everyone I knew about this episode, she said "go right ahead". Then she bra... read more
Horrible Service!!!! Would not reccomend anyone to this place. They claim to have 30 years experience which is clearly not the case. They just started out!! They are rude, over priced and do not know how to take care of a loved animal. My pet came back sick and almost died and was perfectly healthy before I dropped her off!! Please if you love your pet you will take them elsewhere. They are nothing like the previous owner and lied to me when I asked if Patty was still on board and everytime I went she convenietly was always ... read more
